3 Bedrooms Apartment At Foot Of Eiffel Tower, Sleeps 6-7, Districts 7/15

Good location. Owner and manager are helpful. The property is old and worn off. Cleaness is ok. It is close to a seafood grocery, so a little smelly in the building , but inside appartment is ok. Overall, not sure if it’s worth 360 euro /day.

The apartment is directly above a supermarket, super handy after a long day exploring! Quick stroll to the eiffel tower and lovely cafes & bakeries near by. Accommodated a family of 6 although slightly tight. Very clean and perfect for us. We used Eric for transport, was pretty similar cost to taxi/uber but more reliable.

I love the location but I will pick a different place in the future. If you don't like the smell of fish then find a different place to stay. First time traveler to Paris with my wife and 3 teens so we chose this place due to walking distance to tourist spots. You basically walk 5 minutes to get a good view and picture spot of the Eiffel tower or about 12 minutes to the foot of the tower. We basically walked all the way to arc de triomphe which is 40 min away but since there are a lot to see in Paris, you don't really notice the distance.The washer/dryer in the unit allows us to pack light.The Auchan supermarket is right below the building which allows us to get fresh bread in the morning and just buy what we need for the day. However, the Auchan market is also why I would not come back to this place. If you look at the picture of the building, the right side is where the delivery goes and the left is where the actual market is. The market makes the lobby and the corridors smells like wet market. Inside the room is fine but for some reason, the wet market smell is also coming out of the toilet inside the unit. Doing a quick search online, I found that in a multi-story building, waste from all unit converges in to 1 main building drain that connects to the city sewer. The unit itself is clean. I hope that the owner invest in new mattress and beddings. All mattress and beddings feels really old. Don't expect too much. This is an Apartment Not a hotel.

Great neighborhood with a grocery and a cafe. Short walk to the Eiffel Tower and about a 35 minute walk to the Louvre

The location was good. The apartment is showing some wear but was ok for our stay. We had some initial problems getting in contact with the property manager but everything was worked out after a bit of a delay

We were disappointed in our accommodations in Paris. The location is excellent but the place was crowded and dusty. One of the travelers had allergic symptoms from the premises. The main surfaces were clean but there are hundreds of books and items that cannot be easily dusted regularly by the office manger. My husband complained that some of the walls were sticky. The larger carafe for French press coffee is cracked so unsafe. 3 different coffee machines but no corresponding pods or directions. The twin beds are very uncomfortable and clearly for children (not long enough). Difficult accommodations for 4 adults. I would not recommend having office manager pick up at airport. The taxi we used to return to the airport was MUCH less expensive and our arrival trip did not include any description of sites that had been suggested. Metros are convenient to this location.

We stayed here for our very first trip to Paris and the location was perfect! Only a couple blocks to the Eiffel Tower which allowed us to spend our evenings on the green lawn! What you’d expect for a cozy Paris apartment but worked well for our family of five! Thank you for a perfect stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment, which exceeded our expectations. The photos accurately reflected its beautiful décor, perfectly capturing the essence of French living. The space was clean, functional, and well-equipped for cooking. The apartment's tranquil atmosphere, comfortable bedding, and central location made it ideal for exploring the area on foot. We appreciated the host's prompt responses to our queries and the personalized welcome, which was a refreshing change from the typical key boxes and codes. We unfortunately find those key/boxes everywhere these days!
