A101 L'écume des Vagues

😊: The location is great; close to the family-friendly beach and a supermarket. Walking into town is also decently feasible. The balcony is nice and had some things for the beach in store. The apartment is decently furnished and well equipped.. 😢: It was not cleaned well. There were empty liquor bottles in the closet and towels were sandy and hairy. There are rodents living on the balcony and under the ceiling (rodent droppings). The apartment needs some maintenance; the toilet seat and flush button are broken. The shower syphon is missing (it stinks badly). The bathroom sink is clogged. The keys needed picking up and dropping off at a different location, which was a nuisance. Check-in instructions were outdated and incomplete. We were asked for a 500 Euro security deposit we were not sure if it was a scam attempt; in the end, we did not need to deposit it, it was just weird and not trustworthy..

😊: Good location and parking. 😢: The layout of the appartment was not optimal..

😊: Auf der guten Seite: Lage zur Stadt und am Strand Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck, Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, Blick aufs Meer, Fahrstuhl (für Kinderwagen hilfreich), Babybett verfügbar und neuwertig, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.. 😢: Teilweise waren die Gegenstände etwas verschlissen. Wir mussten den Boden bei der Ankunft staubsaugen, da dieser definitiv nicht sauber war. Auf unsere Nachfrage gab es keine Rückmeldung seitens der Verwaltung. Schimmel und muffiger Geruch im Bad. Der Balkon war leider total zugestellt, auch mit einem dreckigen Grill, dass hat das Ambiente etwas zerstört..

😊: Die Lage und die Zimmerausstattung. 😢: Eher Teuer (preis-Leistung). Für eine einzelne Übernachtung wurde während mehr als eine Woche 400.- Euro auf der Kreditkarte reserviert gehalten..
