Acquamarina - appartement vue mer sur la Promenade

😊: absolutely everything perfect and beautiful exactly like in the pictures😍.

😊: Perfect location. Close to airport, close to the tram and bus stops, close to the city center. Going by train to other Cote de Azur locations it is reasonable to use Saint Augustin train station which is close to the airport. Perfect view from the balcony. Although we visited Nice in early April, it was warm enough to have breakfasts ir the balcony, which was already warmed by morning sun. Perfect, comfortable and clean bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Spacy wardrobes. Although the apartment isn’t very spacy, we had enough space for 4 people. But we generally just slept there and spent the days by exploring Cote de Azur. Antibes is really worth visiting. Not that fancy as Cannes, or snooty as Monaco. The promenade downstairs is noisy. Really noisy. But the windows in the apartment are good quality and the noise from the street and even from planes landing wasn’t disturbing at all.. 😢: The noise of promenade while having breakfast in the balcony :). A bit too much personal belongings of the owners..

😊: Location was amazing . . . .right on the beach, restaurants nearby, tram and busses within 5 min walk. Our host was amazing! Would highly recommend this as a home-base for visit to Cote d'Azur. From here, we easily traveled to Eze, Villefranche, Cap-Ferat and Menton. Beach chairs are available to enjoy sunbathing on the beach, kitchen was very well equipped. Large dining/living room, bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view.. 😢: No negatives at all..
