Agréable - Studio Plage & Soleil

😊: Fairly close to beach.. 😢: This property was not clean, floor was sticky. Minimal supply’s of basics like oil, coffee, tea, shampoo etc The shower was broken. We actually ended up booking additional accommodation for the next 2 nights and only ended up staying there for 1 night out of 3!.

😊: There was no issue with hot water. 😢: I didn't like that on the morning of my arrival, , the owners informed me that they don't provide bedsheets, pillow cases, or towels. They then sent me the dimensions of the bed and told me that I had to bring my own. I also didn't like the cutlery and specifically the drawer which they came in, all the cutlery is mismatched, and the inside of the drawer was filthy. I had to sterilise every utensil I used beforehand. The pan had food stains from previous occupant when I arrived. The toilet seat was broken. The shower head is held up with black tape. The drain to the shower is a gaping hole which they used a shower mat to cover. This shower mat slips when you step on it, so please be careful stepping in. There is no oven. No mop in the apartment to clean the floor. I stayed here for just over 1 month, I extended the apartment two times due to work reasons, and I couldn't have been bothered switching apartments as it would involve moving all my clothes and food to another location, however, they charged a cleaning fee on the 3 invoices. Even though nobody ever came to clean the apartment during my stay. They would only need to clean once it after I had left. But charged me 3 times In fact, I think I left the apartment cleaner than I found it. When you arrive to the apartment, they inform you with a sign on the wall, that over using the heating will result in them charging you extra. By the way, the air-conditioning comes on by itself throughout the day. Outside the apartment, the bin area is an absolute disgrace with rubbish blowing all over the yard..

😊: Property was clean and tidy. 😢: Balcony was nice to sit on at night small but okay, apartment had everything we needed to have a great time..
