We were looking forward to a lovely apartment which was a stones throw from the beach - we weren't disappointed. M. Kosogorov is a great host and the communications with him was excellent. We had a lovely stay in this exceptional apartment - our only regret was that we couldn't stay a week longer! Highly recommended.
L'appartement est très propre et bien agencé. Le balcon donnant sur la mer et la montagne au loin est vraiment appréciable. Le quartier est calme et toutes les commodités proches. Cette location est vraiment très bien. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons certainement !
Très bon accueil , emplacement de la location avec une vue magnifique , appartement très bien équipé et très propre , je recommande cette location .

The "Meet and Greet" was very efficient and friendly. The property was on the forth floor which was accessed via a lift. The apartment itself had all modern amenities and equipment for washing and cooking. It had a wide selection of cooking utensils, pans and a very useful microwave oven. Large comfortable bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Views from the spacious balcony over the Mediterranean were superb. We will go again to this lovely apartment
Very near a good beach, apartment very clean,modern, with all appliances and utensils you need( apart from egg cups) If I was being picky, I would say that a basic pack of toilet tissue, tea bags/ coffee etc on arrival would be most welcome. There is a supermarket nearby so not a problem,but just an inexpensive nice touch, to save shopping as soon as you arrive. The host/owner Elwis is very, very, helpful. Nothing is too much trouble,from booking through to taxi home, he is glad to help you out. Not a critisicsm but I didn't like a surcharge for bed linen/towels of 30 euros, but perhaps this is normal in France?.A great place to stay for a relaxing beach break and great service, well done Elwis.
Great apartament (just like in the pictures - very modern & nice, loved the balcony!), beautiful view and extremely nice host! Location is great (literally 2 mins walking distance from the beach; 3mins away from great store with local products + various great restaurants). Would go back again! And would definitely recommend staying here.
