😊: Absolutely brilliant holiday property, the location is perfect for exploring Nice, Monaco and if you wish to visit Italian coastal towns. From the property you have great views of the sea and the mountains. Monaco and Nice are literally 15 to 20 minutes away by road. Eze and Menton picturesque villages are also close by. Property itself is modern and tastefully furnished. It has a huge outdoor balcony dinning and sitting area, bbq was also available. .. 😢: The only issue we found was the underground parking and the location of the dedicated car park tucked away in the corner. The parking spot was very tight and probably will not be suitable for larger-sized vehicles like the X5. We had X1 and ended up with a small scratch due to the very tight entrance. Communication with the company managing the property was also not very effective, I tried to call them a couple of times but never managed to speak to any person managing the property, whose number was provided by the estate agent's office..
