Allure - 2 bedroom apartment with balcony in the centre of Annecy

😊: L’emplacement. 😢: La non flexibilité sur l’arrivée et le départ alors que depuis 3 mois j’indique que je souhaite on boarder plus Tôt. Climatisation cassée (dommage quand il fait 30 degrés).

Lovely appartement with a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance. The elevator was small, but good. Nice restaurants and shops close by. Lovely beds

😊: Bel appartement bien situé, propre. 😢: Le manque de réactivité du syndicat.nous avons été bloqués dehors car le badge ne fonctionnait plus. Personne au téléphone n'a jamais répondu aux messages, mails et SMS. Nous sommes rentrés grâce au resto d'à côté !!!.

😊: L’emplacement et l’espace très grand bien équipé. 😢: Accueil du concierge du lac pas très chaleureux l’appartement sentait fort le tabac froid pas de chauffage et la fenêtre d’une des chambres ne fermait pas, pas de savon dans la douche. Le bip de l’entrée ne fonctionnait pas nous sommes restés à la porte pendant 1h plus de 300€ la nuit pour une qualité franchement moyenne.

Great location; two minutes from the train station. Five minute walk to the center of old town where all of the activities and restaurants are. For us, the most important thing was that it was a very comfortable apartment (with ac in each room with separate temperature control) with beds that had super soft sheets, comfortable mattresses and great pillows. All of which made for a great nights sleep to feel well rested to explore the town. All of the amenities that we would look for were supplied! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Our stay at this property was perfectly adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was much appreciated during the hot days of summer. However, the apartment has the feeling of being run by a company, not a person who really cares for it. The supply closet, and under the kitchen sink were full and messy. The only toiletries offered were small bottles of cheap hotel shampoo - make sure you bring your own hand soap, shower gel, etc and be prepared to purchase more toilet paper and dishwashing soap as these were in short supply. There are only small shelves and flimsy hangers in each room – there’s really no place to unpack, so if you are traveling for a long time and have lots of things, you’ll be living out of a suitcase. But the apartment itself has huge potential and comments have been submitted to the owner, so hopefully some of these things will be looked after.

Très satisfaits de l'appartement Allure à Annecy, rue de la poste. Très confortable. Nous recommandons la chambre sur cour pour une nuit au calme. Lits très confortables, appartement joliment décoré. Le service rendu de la réservation au check-out a été impeccable. Maxime qui nous a accueillis était présent au rdv à l'heure convenue. Contact très facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons la conciergerie du lac les yeux fermés. Merci :-) Stéphanie Christophe Sophie
