Alsace Lorraine - Wifi, 3 pers, hyper centre

😊: The place was tidy and has everything you need for a nice trip to Nice. The apartment.has good location for sightseeing the city of nice..

😊: The location is close to the beach (around 12 minutes away), although there are some drug dealers in the area.. 😢: The bed and the sofa are not comfortable. The kitchen items seemed old and not clean enough, and it was unpleasant to cook with them. At night, we couldn’t sleep well because a lot of noise came through the windows. The owner doesn’t answer messages, and when I asked for an invoice because I needed it, he didn’t provide one..

😊: It has a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Also the Tram like is close for comfort.. 😢: No Air conditioning is an issue. Uncomfortable bed..

😊: Location was good. Very close to the promenade and city centre. 😢: - less ventilation. Felt suffocated - less responsive property owner - inadequate space for 3 person. Bed suited for 2 person. Do not recommend for family with kids - very fragile bathroom. Rain shower was like leaning tower of pisa. Construction was done by a inexperienced builder it seems - inadequate or used toiletries. Recommend to bring your own if you are planning to stay - kitchen was okay. - property was managed by MagicBNB. Will ask for 500 security deposit lock in by credit card. Incase jf you break something. - unit is in the Ground floor of the complex. Windows facing directly to road and no privacy. Lot of sounds can be heard from all directions..
