😊: Fantastic location, fantastic apartment if everything is working. Love and care has obviously go e into this, it was furnished to very high standards with lovely finishing touches.. 😢: We reported the WiFi hub wasn’t working our arrival also the 3 floor fans. Slow response saying reset the hub, ignored the fans. Hub had no power so advice was useless. 4 days later nothing was resolved and no attempt had been made to fix anything. Raised a complaint and 4 days later still no response. The approach to the apartment is through a courtyard where bins are kept and pigeons poo but then the apartment is lovely..

😊: Terrific location in the heart of the old town and just a couple of minutes from the lake. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The host responded very promptly when we reported a broken fan. Overall a great base for exploring Annecy.. 😢: The views of the internal courtyard and windowsills were very unattractive with lots of pigeon droppings. We just kept the curtains closed when we were in so it didn't bother us too much, but could have been so much nicer. The entrance to the apartment was through a tatty shared courtyard - ok once we had got used to it but it was a bit off-putting initially!.

😊: I was going to give an excellent review, however I just give a good review because I must say I was disappointed about the entrance corridor to the appartment. It was very hard to see how it was the status of the corridor to reach the appartment once you arrive, I didn't know about it and honestly that is not the appartment but there are no views once you are in because this is an interior appartment and the interior views and corridor entrance are really bad. In the other hand the appartment was quite good as stated before and location is fantastic, but I think people should be aware of this.. 😢: entrance corridor and interior views.

Stilvoll wohnen in der Altstadt<br>#128578; Die Lage mitten im prallen Leben in der Altstadt war ausgesprochen gut, um vieles zu Fuß machen zu können. Die Wohnung war dennoch sehr ruhig und man hörte nichts von außen. Der nahegelegene Parkplatz (Bonlieu) hat uns für zweieinhalb Tage nur 20€ gekostet. Es gibt sogar kostenlose Parkplätze Außerhalb, die mit dem Bus-Shuttle angefahren werden. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung war toll. Und das morgens vor die Tür gelieferte Frühstück war vielfältig und reichlich. Die ...<br>#128577; Der erste Eindruck im Hausflur war „na ja…“ Aber die Wohnung selbst war top.

A notre arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait malgré nos indications d'heure d'arrivée.Si l'appartement est très agréable, bien décoré, spacieux, il faut traverser une cour intérieure sale et nauséabonde ( arrière cuisine de restaurant, poubelles....) pour y accéder. Arrivé dans l'appartement, au premier étage, malgré toutes les qualités de l'appartement, les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure, pleine de fiante de pigeons et de plumes. Le charme est rompu! Idem dans la chambre. Pas idéal pour aérer ou faire tomber la température le soir et la nuit... sentiment d'oppression.A part ça, petit-déjeuner livré tous les matins. Copieux et frais!!
