Supermarché et resto à 300 mètres, centre ville historique à 10 mn à pied . Parking facile dans la rue . Bel accueil, l'hôte est attentive aux demandes et fournit un excellent petit guide pour visiter Rouen .<br>#128577; L'éclairage trop vif dans certaines pièces.

Best price/quality, convenient location<br>#128578; That’s an ideal place for work travellers as well as most time out travelers. Don’t expect luxury but you have most of the things you need. The kitchen with almost all the utilities needed were ready. Internet service was fast. Heating, hot water were all OK. Fiona, the landlord, tries to make sure that you have a comfortable stay with e-mails even though she was not physically available.<br>#128577; Two bedroom but one shared bathroom in between two. But if you are only two people, that’s not a big deal.

A good place for business...<br>#128578; Very close to Rouen centre, host was communicative and supportive. We were three men from the UK in France for a 5 day work trip - would stay here again.<br>#128577; The layout of the flat means that the two bedrooms are linked through the bathroom, so if someone is in the bathroom, you can't get in/ out of one of the bedrooms.
