😢: could owners change the instructions for leaving key, the original booking.com message indicates using key box for leaving keys but this is impossible as key boxed number was changed. We found by eventually logging on to house messages that key should go in mail box .. which is fine but should be mentioned in original message as we spent some time trying to open key box.

😊: The personal care of the house owner. 😢: Everything was perfect.
