😊: Once we managed to get an UBER from the station - great, taken very close to reception. Really helpful and friendly assistance picking keys up - no issues. The accommodation was close to a bus stop which was perfect for our needs. Brilliant space, great rooms, Pool great. Really enjoyed our stay.. 😢: Suppose it's the usual of just knowing where to go - we had come by train, if we were in a car would have struggled where to park - but overall for us UBER worked for us and no issue. The pool was closed off for a couple of days which was a shame. we never saw a concierge for updates had to contact booking.com and they were unaware of issue and apologised. Leaving the keys - told to leave on table - then couldn't get out of the gate - luckily a neighbour up to let us out - but these are minor issues.

😊: This property is stunning, safe and in a great location to explore Nice and the French Riviera. We did not want to leave! With a bus stop right outside, a clean pool and an enormous balcony with a beautiful view we loved our stay from start to finish. Beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances all high quality and the apartment felt huge with 4 people in it.. 😢: The air con in the main bedroom is broken - which we already knew from reading other earlier reviews. Paint is also flaking off the second bedroom wall indicating some prior damage. Neither things affected our stay or bothered us - especially when everything else was such high quality!.
