😊: location, affordability. 😢: no AC.

😊: the location is great - it’s near the metro, lots of coffee shops and restaurants around, people dining late which gives some kind of a friendly-family atmosphere. the apartment itself is clean. 😢: the door lock is not what i used to - you can’t open the door without inserting the key. if you leave the key inside and close the door from outside, you won’t be able to open the door and you will have to calla locksmith which is very expensive. it is not possible to open the balcony from one of the bedrooms..

😊: Once you get up those stairs and into the apartment, everything is perfect. Separate bathrooms and shower. 😢: Clearer explanation about the elevator and spiral stairs situation, but I had found out after I paid that there was no elevator and I had no choice so I made sure i only went out only when absolutely necessary, you must not have heavy luggage with you, which unfortunately was our case..

😊: Well located for access to local shops. 30 min walk to Expo Excellent communication from owners Well equipped Comfy beds Nice big new towels. 😢: The stairs can be a bit of a drag after a good meal!.
