APARTMENT 62 m2 with garden, 300m FROM LA GOVELLE BEACH AND COASTAL PATHWAY

As described on listing. Clean, spacious, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor terrace. Walk to the beach. Great location with proximity to everything you need. A great value.

Madame Grelet's apartment was the ideal place for us to soak in the sun and sea and recover from walking the pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres. The loft apartment was comfortable and had everything my wife and ten year old needed. The use of the yard was also appreciated. A beautiful beach was short walk from the house and the coastal trail passed right through the property. We were blessed with warm and sunny weather. We had been told that the water in Brittany was too cold to swim but it was perfect for us. Incredible, it reminded me of La Jolla in southern California (I don't think this is typical but that's what we experienced in early June). The nearby villages were full of charm and excellent restaurants. But the best thing of all was the warm hospitality of Madame Grelet.

Tout s'est bien passé, la proximité avec la plage de la Govelle est un atout indéniable, nous avons apprécié et profité de l'espace extérieur, Catherine nous a bien reçus.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et très propre . Aucune surprise par rapport au descriptif de l'annonce. De plus idéalement bien situé et surtout très calme . La propriétaire est très sympathique. Merci encore pour la petite attention du matin pour le petit déjeuner. si nous devions revenir un jour nous ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Tout simplement, nous avons été séduits à l'été 2021 et c'était évident qu'il fallait revenir à l'été 2022 : tous les ingrédients sont là pour passer d'excellentes vacances, la localisation, l'appartement, le patrimoine touristique,... sans oublier bien sûr la gentillesse de la propriétaire. A recommander sans la moindre hésitation !

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung (nicht übermäßig groß für 4 Personen, aber es geht). Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir waren nach dem Mailverkehr (mit google Übersetzer) zunächst ein wenig skeptisch - aber wir wurden freundlichst empfangen, fanden eine sehr schöne, gute gepflegte Ferienwohnung vor, alles sauber, alles Notwenige verfügbar, perfekte Lage (5 min zum Strand). Lediglich der Außenbereich könnte noch ein wenig ansprechender gestaltet sein. Wir haben uns jedenfalls außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
