Apartment Classified 4 stars in the heart of the old town

Bel appartement avec une ambiance agréable, bien situé dans le vieux Annecy

😊: Very good location. 😢: The host was not very helpful and could not help us with any of our issues. She also did not speak any English. Couch and beds were really not comfortable..

😊: Located in the heart of town. Short walk to the lake, the station, the bus stop. Plenty of restaurants within 50 yards of the apartment.. 😢: The entry to the apartment is a let down, with garbage bins and a foul smell. Since it’s located on top of a restaurant, it can get noisy if you leave the windows open. However the great location offsets the shortcomings..

😊: We loved the apartment and its overall location. It’s in the heart of the action and we really enjoyed all the sites and local restaurants right on our doorstep.. 😢: The actual steps up the apartment is shared with a restaurant below so we had noise at night (dishes and cutlery being washed) and also strong food smells. There were also bins for the restaurant and apartments at the entrance which was unsightly and quite smelly which was unfortunate..

situation exceptionnelle mais je déconseille...<br>#128578; la situation l emplacement et la vue étaient exceptionnels<br>#128577; robinetterie qui fuie inondant les tiroirs du dessous pas de ventilateur alors qu’il faisait très chaud bras supérieur du lave vaisselle cassé pas de V m c pas assez de vaisselle
