😢: I booked this apartment very last minute ( 24/06/25) as all the hotels in Clermont Ferrand were full (due to a conference). I was travelling and needed someone to sleep before continuing the next day. Taking my payment for the apartment was simple and went through fine. However what they don't mention is that on arrival they will ask for a €500 deposit to access the passcode for the apartment. Their payment provider did not accept either of my cards nor my fathers (despite having the money in our accounts), after calling their out-of-hours helpline I was told that there was nothing they could do. This meant that me and my elderly father were left with no where to stay for the night. May I also mention that there are drug dealers on the same road of these apartments and so during this ordeal of trying to enter the apartment there were constantly groups people coming up and down the road in various states of intoxication which does not make you feel safe. It is not a street you want to spend much time on. In the end we had to drive through the night to Limoges which was dangerous seeing as we had been driving all day and needed a rest. I have tried to contact the company about this situation however they have not replied meaning that they have taken my money for nothing. Do not trust this place, the apartments exist but their deposit system is a scam..
