😊: The situation is excellent with the view from the balcony over the marina. Parking in the building was a great benefit.. 😢: There was no wifi, even though it said on the website that there would be. It cost us a considerable extra sum to buy mobile data. Also there was no air conditioning or fan and the flat became excessively hot. We were fortunate that the temperatures dropped slightly during our stay and that we were able to buy a fan which enabled us to sleep at night..
