😊: It is really close to the beach and the city centre. And at least the kitchen was sort of clean.. 😢: Attention, very dirty and run down place! We arrived to find dog hair on all the beds although pets are not allowed in the apartment. The bunk bed for the children was missing several bolts and screws, making it unsafe for the children to sleep in. Resulting in us putting the mattresses on the floor in the master bedroom, since the agency did not care to send someone round to fix the bed (or do some cleaning). The floor had not been cleaned, with lots of other people's hair and dirt, same with the chairs and the sofa. The shelves in the cupboards were also full of hair and dirt, the doors mouldy, so that we couldn't put our clothes and bathroom stuff away and had to live out of the suitcase. The doors and walls were full of stains and ten year old finger grease and the skirting boards were dusty and dirty. The dishwasher filter was full of dirt and broken glass. The balconies are also dirty and had used beer bottles with cigarettes on them. Even the back cleaner is dirty. Basically the place is as dirty as you would expect an apartment to be where families with small children stay and you don't clean anything but the sinks and the toilet bowl for ten years. It was disgusting and lead to an unrelaxing stay. I only felt a bit better after I did some hoovering and cleaning with disinfectant wipes myself. Customer service was poor, the only thing they offered was to give us some new protective covers for the beds, and that not on the first day either, so that we had to sleep in the dog haired beds although my son has a pet allergy. Apart from that the agency only said that after our stay someone would be in touch regarding a compensation or something. That never happened either.
