APPART 22 T3 au centre ville

😊: Localisation proche du centre, du lac et de la gare, parking très appréciable car difficile de ce garer en centre-ville, disponibilité du concierge.. 😢: Propreté pas impeccable des sols, du frigo et des tables. Par contre draps, serviettes et sanitaires très propres..

😊: Appartement spacieux conformes aux photos. 😢: Le parking était très obscur et la place très étroite Très chaud malgré les ventilateurs à disposition.

😊: L'ESPACE ET LA DECORATION DE L'APPARTEMENT.. 😢: D'ATTENDRE SUR LE TROTTOIR PENDANT 1 HEURE LE CONCIERGE EN RETARD ALORS QU,IL NOUS AVAIT IMPOSE UNE HEURE FIXE DE RENDEZ VOUS. LA TROP FAIBLE CAPACITE DU BALLON D'EAU CHAUDE POUR 4 PERSONNES LA TELECOMMANDE TV HORS SERVICE A CAUSE DES PILES.

😊: Tout était impeccable. 😢: La place de parking n’était pas disponible tout de suite.

😊: The location was great - on the edge of everything but quiet. 😢: Well, we hired a car . We wanted a property with parking , but the parking bay here was too small for our car and we ended up using the parking at the station which was expensive..

😊: The place is clean and tidy. Near to the train station.. 😢: The hot water for the shower ran out quickly, so only two people could not shower at night. The Wi-Fi did not work. Customer service was unhelpful. No one responded to my messages..

😊: The apartment itself is nice and is in a good location.. 😢: Parking at the property to drop off luggage and collect keys was not easy. No direct parking outside the property. Keys had to be collected from a key box 50 metres away on the other side of the road, not very easy to find. We could not park in the "garage" as our VW Transporter couldn't fit in. The apartment contact suggested parking on the street and he would send instructions where else we could park (parking is not easy in Annecy !). The contact sent an address for a local Gym, I parked there early the next day and when I returned with my Wife and young Son to collect our bikes we were met by the owner of the Gym who was quite angry at us for parking there. He had never given permission for anyone to park there from the apartment. We had no option other than to move and apologise and we were told by the concierge to "find somewhere else to park". This was not easy and highly unsatisfactory. The concierge made no attempt to help or offer assistance and made no further contact with us regarding parking. I suggested that the apartment description should sate what size vehicle can fit in the garage as this would have swayed our decision to book. The garage facility was dark and dingy with a broken door. Also there were no instructions in english in the apartment as to where to leave rubbish. Using a translator it said to separate waste and leave indifferent coloured bins outside, we couldn't find any bins. It was a shame because the apartment had a nice feel and good location. Would not stay again for the reasons given..
