Good location, quiet but still close to the lake.

The apartment is very nice and tidy with all the facilities you need to vacate. The owners live on the first floor but are never intrusive. They are very helpful and show every detail of the apartment and how it works at arrival. It is really nice that they offer 4 bikes to borrow, so we can shop in the supermarket nearby and reach Annecy city easily. The only minuses are the outdoor benches and loungers and the fridge is a bit slow to cool our things down. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and can recommend it to others.
