😊: Beautiful interior to the apartment. Very light and airy. Very well eqipped and on bus routes 3 and 23 which we used to go into Toulon centre and to Hyeres.. 😢: The entrance hall is rather dark and needs decorating..

😊: Lovely flat with everything needed for a short stay. The location is great near to beaches etc Good bus service.. 😢: A number of issues. The shower is very close to toilet. Unpleasant. The shower floor does not slope so inevitably the floor gets wet and floor mat provided gets soaked despite my taking extreme care. The entrance at ground floor needs more maintenance ie leaves swept, water mopped etc. i witnessed a locataire at no 1 doing this. The front door to the hall entrance is warped which makes it awkward. Over a longer stay there were inevitable glitches. The internal comms systems took time. When I alerted the property to say internet down I was advised to reboot the modem. The flat had an extender and no box so clearly at times dealing with those unfamiliar with property and it took time to sort it out . As you can see from trail of messages the manager is not always responsive. Various glitches did get sorted out ultimately. I person in comms was rude. Sometimes I got dismissive responses such as ‘oh we’ve never had that problem before’!!!!Most were pleasant trying to be helpful. However sorting things took time out from my work projects. For the record I left the property in impeccable condition. Watered the plant etc etc.

😊: Absolutely brand new and super fresh, and everything was exactly like in the pictures, really “wow feeling” when you open the door, all is new, all is working perfectly, the apartment is “tailor made” (made with the eye for details) for You as a guest to feel perfect there, We recommend both for long stay’s and as well for short stays, the apartment is the best we have ever visited in France, We will for sure come back for every visit we gonna have in Toulon and surroundings of Cote’D’Azur, absolutely only positive words about this stay is to mention, and a few other positive feedbacks/info for future guests: Close to everything, the beach only few minutes away (by walk) and many many local restaurants just outside the door with all kind of food, all from top restaurants to more “fast food” (the best pizza and sandwiches in just next door).
