😊: The location is close to the beach and town. View of the sea from the apartment. Host seems kind and communicates.. 😢: The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. I used my own time sweeping and mopping the whole apartment and balcony. The balcony had cigarette butts and hash cigarettes in the planters. Kitchen is not well stocked at all. Only one small sharp knife - there was no bread knife, for example. The stove did not work at all. The dishwasher stopped working after 1 or 2 uses. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the sheets are old and rough. There is no A/C, and there is ONLY one old fan for the whole apartment, which is not sufficient to cool it down, so it is HOT, especially if there is no breeze. The apartment is also next to the only road out of the town of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, so there is constant traffic noise almost 24/7, and since there is no A/C the windows have to be opened, you will be disturbed by noise all day and night..
