Appartement 4-6p Belle Plagne, skis aux pieds, vue montagne, ensoleillé

😊: Location is brilliant. Lovely apartment. 😢: Me and my partner cleaned this apartment before we left as we got a text that day saying if we didn’t clean mirrors, taps , shower etc we would be charged £250 and they are VERY strict. We left the apartment at 2.00am and I even hovered at 1.30am before we left to ensure it was spotless. We paid extra for the bedding and towels and then received an email 2 weeks later saying they are charging us £250 for a dirty apartment and damaged linen by damaged linen, they mean spilt food on one…which I will hold my hands up to BUT just put it in the wash where it is going anyway. The cost we paid extra for it all you could just buy a new bed sheet! Does not warrant £250. For this reason I would not recommend staying here!! You do not get this hassle in hotels . After a week of skiing it’s the last thing you need. Wish I had taken after pictures after we cleaned up but unfortunately with it being early hours and rushing to leave, I completely forgot..

😊: The location is excellent with a stunning view. We are pleased we choose the prettier side of town at Belle Plagne. I slept well on the single beds in the bedroom. The pick up and drop off service were efficient, and reliable. We had all of our basic needs met where we stayed.. 😢: I was not aware on the small size of the apartment from the pictures as it was a squeeze for the 3 of us. Booking . com advertised that there were spa facilities, and I gathered that this was on site, but the brilliant spa was a short walk away, and at a price too. If I had figured out, and asked enough questions that there was no sauna on site, or a room to store luggage in I would not have chosen this property at Belle Plagne.

😊: Great location. Ski to door. Very modern. Lovely balcony overlooking slopes. Underground parking for a small charge. Excellent host. Prettiest resort in La Plange.. 😢: Concierge communications were poor, however host communications were excellent..
