Appartement 4 étoiles "Le Mouillage" dans Intra-Muros

😢: There was no curtains in one of the main windows. The toilet was not working properly. The shower head was hanging so you couldn't have a proper shower. There are no cupboards for clothes to be hung. The TV and wifi was not working for a complete day even after we alerted the host upon arrival. We have to clean the place and walk some distance to drop off the dirt (this was not advised upfront)..

😊: It was warm with great great attention to detail and decor. Good coffee machine . Good location. Nice warm bathroom It was a pleasure to stay in .. 😢: The blinds/ curtains were impossible to open and shut . One large window was minus curtains as the previous person had broken them and this wasn’t repaired. It was a little lacking in natural light. Having to check out in person at a particular time was inconvenient . The stairs to the mezzanine were a little steep and flimsy if your balance and weight is challenged in any way.

😊: Location amazing close to bard and restaurant and the beach. Walking distance from the port. 😢: Stairs to bedroom very steep wouldn't suit an older person or very young children.

😊: Luckily it was the right side of St Malo to walk to the Ferry Port.. 😢: There were no written instructions or information of how to work: coffee machine, television (no Netflix or English channels), oven, hob, or heating. This made trying to do simple things, very difficult. No mirrors anywhere except the bathroom which was downstairs. Impossible to take luggage up the ladder to the bedroom. Certainly unsafe for the young or old to try and get up a steep ladder to sleep! One sofa which was very uncomfortable. One armchair which was also uncomfortable. We would never return to this property. No problems to leave the place clean and do jobs as requested, as we expect cleanliness. Just a very uncomfortable property..
