Maison , garage, petit jardin au calme très proche commerces plages gare

The house is tidy and nice as shown on the pictures. The location close to old town, the sea, stores and market is perfect. A wonderful choice to stay in pretty St. Malo!

Zuerst möchten wir den sehr guten und zuverlässigen Kontakt mit Madame Lefeuvre hervorheben. Sie ist sehr nett freundlich und hat uns im Haus herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung sind genau so wie auf den Bildern. Es hat sehr viel Charme und ist modern und stimmig eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber. Die Garage ist ganz in der Nähe und es passt ein VW Sharan hinein. Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit entfernt vom Strand und der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Wochenmarkt, der 2x wöchentlich stattfindet, ist sehr zum empfehlen und in direkter Nähe. Da wir Saint Malo sehr gut kennen, war es nicht schwer, uns für diese Gegend/Lage zu entscheiden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden uns immer wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden!!!

Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances au calme dans une belle maison bien pratique et proche de la mer à pieds et de toutes les commodités nécessaires (marché, supermarché, intra-muros, musées,…) Merci pour toutes les infos touristiques à notre arrivée!

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer. Es ist gut gelegen, um die sehr schöne Stadt zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist gut die die Vermieter waren super freundlich.

The location is excellent, and the house offers a combination of classic french styles with all of the conveniences that you need. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, if a bit snug (they are doubles). We visited in May and there were times when it was quite warm, so in the height of the summer months, a fan would definitely be needed. The electricity is a separate charge and for our week, it was 50 euros. The garden is lovely, but it could be difficult to find a big enough place to sit and enjoy the sunshine; there are no deckchairs, which might be a helpful addition. Mme Le Feuvre was very helpful and checked in to see if there was anything that we needed. She also gave us details of where to go locally, as well as further afield. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the beautiful beach is less than 10 minutes walk.

Maison au calme, très bien situé et équipé. Nous étions avec 3 enfants (23,18 et 6ans) et tout le monde était très content. Mme Lefeuvre la propriétaire est très accueillante et plein de bons conseils

Das Haus von Mme Lefeuvre hat viel Charme und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der guten Lage ist man schnell am Strand und auch in der Altstadt. Die Garage haben wir im März nicht benötigt, denn gegenüber ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Der Rocabey-Markt ist für Selbstkocher ein Paradies und in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der hübsche Garten ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Die Kommunikation mit Mme Lefeuvre war sehr gut und sie hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir konnten das Haus sogar etwas früher beziehen. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegebenen. Alle Betten sind nur 1,40 breit. Das war für 2 Personen ein bisschen schmal. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei strahlendem Sonnenschein und frühlingshaften Temperaturen.

Malgré le mauvais temps durant une partie de notre séjour, nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à St-Malo. La location répondait à nos attente. L'accueil de la propriétaire était très sympathique et elle nous a donné de bons conseils. Je recommande cette location qui, en plus est très bien située.
