😊: A Big, spacious and a beautiful functional apartment in the Heart of Nice just a few meters away from the Promenade de Anglais. Very well connected mostly by walks. Had a very lovely stay.. 😢: Could have done more to offer cooling in the apartment especially for Summers. We thought only two fans provided were not enough. The neighborhood got a little noisy & chaotic especially due to a Nightclub Naya down the building. That was one of the days but..

😊: Large spacious apartment close to sea front and restaurants. 😢: The noise from the nightclub on the ground floor was terrible (until 4am) and meant sleeping with ear plugs in and all the windows closed. No air conditioning so must be a nightmare in hotter weather. You need to pay a Euro 800 deposit and take photos on arrival and departure. Generally a lot of effort for the guest..

😊: Fantastic location, great balconies. Big space with full functioning kitchen. Had beach umbrellas and beach cushions to use. Washing machine and drier is always a bonus. 😢: No air conditioning but can understand with an older building. There were fans in each room.

It is a very beautiful apartment, large and sunny. It is not quite understandable that there are no wardrobes in the spacy bedrooms, instead you have to put your clothes on kind of coat racks. And few picturespaintings at the walls would create a more cozy and comfortable feeling.
