Appartement au centre de Nice - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Good position. 😢: Very bad experience. We booked it in December for June (five months in advance). The day before arrival, the host created a WhatsApp group for the check-in and on the day of the arrival he postponed the check-in time by one hour without reason. And when the person responsible of the check in (not the host) arrived, they STILL HAD TO CLEAN THE ROOM! So we waited inside the room for other 30 minutes since we didn't want to leave our stuff inside. We had told the host that our arrival time was 14.20, after all the wasted time we had the room ready at 16.... Furthermore, after the cleaning, all the "new" towels were still dirty. We asked them to provide new ones, and the host told us they would bring them within a couple of days. The problem is that our booking was no longer than a couple of days.....so we had no clean towels for us... Very UNPROFESSIONAL and not organized at all!.

😊: The location is excellent and size of the apartment is decent even for group of 4. We were just 2.. 😢: The apartment needs some maintenance. Light bulbs to changed, the dishwasher is missing salt and liquid for shine also the tablets provided are not dissolving ( maybe try a different brand) and once in a while a deeper cleaning is needed. Also for 5 days we had 2,5 toilet paper rolls. And for washing the dishes we were given one tiny sample bottle. We did our shopping in nearby Carefour to get kitchen paper towels and toilet paper. Also as previous guests leave stuff that needs to be checked on regular bases..

😊: We found the host to be kind, professional and easy to deal with. We loved the apartment, as it was spacious with plenty of light and well-maintained and cared-for. Very convenient location for access to Liberation market, tram stop and railway station..

最高のロケーション<br>#128578; トラムL1、リベラシオン停留所の真正面に建物玄関があり、（Caféのテーブルの間にドアがある）出入りにあたり衆目があるので安全面の懸念がない。（夜明け頃でも朝市が立つので人の往来がある）。周りにはスーパー、ワイン屋、パン屋、ホームストア、そして市場と朝市があり、買い物は自由自在。部屋は３Fにあり籠式のエレベーターが使える。部屋の主窓はトラム通り側ではなく、南側に開いているのでトラムの音はベルが聞こえてくるくらい。部屋の設備・備品については、ありとあらゆるものが備わっている。自分で用意した方が良いものは、好みの調味料、洗濯洗剤、それとタオルくらい。（タオルは大・小の１セット×人数分が用意されているが、毎日洗濯するもの面倒なのでスペアがあると便利）<br>#128577; 不足する点をあえて指摘するならば、シャワーヘッドが固定できないので直しておいた方が良いということ、およびワイングラスが１脚しかなかったことくらい。（私たちは持参したアクリル製グラスを使ったので問題はなかった）。参考として、アパート麺との鍵を管理代理人から受け取る際に色々と説明を受けるが、確認しておきたい事項は事前にフランス語のメモで用意しておくと話しが早い。（建物出入りの方法、退去時の鍵の返却方法、ゴミの出し方、建物入館時の照明のスイッチ場所など）日本人向けのアドバイスとして、エレクトララックス製洗濯機の使用方法は事前に調べておきたい（日本の洗濯機とは操作方法が相当違う、在仏に日本人のブログを参考にするとよい）

Top appartement midden in het...<br>#128578; Top locatie. Aan hoofdstraat met veel winkels. Tram recht voor de deur. Tram naar vliegveld op 1 kilometer afstand. Treinstation 500 meter. Grote en kleine supermarkten op 200 meter. Veel restaurants en koffietentjes. Iedere dag groente, fruit en bloemenmarkt voor de deur. Geen overlast van straat geluiden. Goede compleet uitgeruste keuken. Wij zouden hier zeker terug komen.<br>#128577; Geen amerikaanse/engelse tv zenders.
