😊: Amazing! Cozy, right in the best part of the city! It has everything and the most important : the whole feeling you are in France :) Good view, comfy bed, all the utensils, easy check in. The price is also great for this deal. Ì would come again to Toulouse just to stay again in this apartment:) I already miss it. 😢: Things to keep in mind : stairs:) Both to the bed room and to the flat itself. I m young and with no luggage só no problem for me, but just keep this in mind.

😊: The location was excellent and near the tram line, close to cafés and shops.. 😢: The stairs to the bedroom area were very steep and challenging to use with narrow steps..

😊: The location is perfect, just 15min walk to the city center and a few minutes from the metro station.. 😢: It is a bit creepy and stairs were very steep..

😊: Great location, well equipped, well designed, and comfortable. This little apartment is great. Some reviews mention a smell in the bathroom but I did not find that et all. The place was very clean.. 😢: The stairs are steep and tight. That was fine for me but if anyone was coming with a large suitcase it could be challenging..

😊: Location was amazing, right in the heart of Carmes. We were able to find parking nearby with little trouble. Bed was very comfortable.. 😢: Kitchen was bare bones, no kettle, a single saucepan, and almost no cooking basics (e.g. sugar).

Superb<br>#128578; Bright, charmful, cosy and functional little appartment, very well located in the center of Toulouse. You won't see the owner but he is available by email to answer your questions.<br>#128577; There is a popular bar just in front so if you want quietness to sleep you have to wait till midnight... Don't be afraid of hight or narrow stairs... it's a old house with irregular stairs and the bed is on a mezzanine accessible with a tiny turning staircase

Le propriétaire est très réactif pour n’importe quelle question.<br>#128577; L’escalier pour aller à la chambre est un peu dangereux du fait qu’il soit très pentu

I really enjoyed my stay....<br>#128578; I spent a wonderful 5-night stay at Pierre's appartment. He was responsive and the flat was great. J'ai passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits dans l'appartement de Pierre. Il a été très réactif et l'appartement était super.<br>#128577; Nothing really. Just important to know, there a several stairs to get to the flat and also a steep staircase to get to the bed. Rien, vraiment. Juste 2 choses importantes à savoir : il y a quelques étages pour arriver à l'appartement et aussi un escalier pentu pour atteindre la mezzanine avec le lit.
