😊: The host provided information on how to get to the apartment via a tram from the main train station. The host provided maps and tourist guides in addition to recommendations on where to eat. There was very detailed information on accessing the property and some of the quirks of the apartment.. 😢: The air-conditioner (which was very welcome) had an overflow into a plastic container that needed to be emptied on a frequent basis. It would be helpful to include this in the apartment information. The smoke detector failed the push button test and was sitting on top of a cupboard rather than higher on the wall. The streaming box appeared to be an old product. Changing between apps and shows took so long that it was impractical to use..

😊: Great Location with easy access to restaurants, transport and local attractions. Good size apartment with all the required facilities. Double glassing and roller shutters work very well to reduce traffic noise. The split level bedroom and bathroom layout are a little quirky but still functional..

😊: Amazing location, right in the best part of town and next to the trams (which you can’t hear with the windows closed). Bed was comfortable and there was great natural light in the apartment.. 😢: A few little things could’ve made the place more comfortable - no lamps next to the bed, a little dirty (found a false nail on the floor), no hand soap in the bathroom etc. Not a big deal but for the price, it could’ve been better..
