😊: Immediate check-in and key pick-up (via WhatsApp!). House in good condition, with everything you need to cook for a few days. Perfect for two, small for four. There is no elevator, but there is a staircase leading to the top floor. No problem for those who have no mobility issues or don't have huge suitcases! Quiet area just a few steps from the center, passing through the botanical garden. Free parking in the courtyard of the house, so very convenient..

😊: A fabulous apartment for a stay in Bordeuax. Well equipped with everything you could need including a washing machine, comfortable bed, plenty of bedding and towels, and plenty of space. It also had free off-streer parking, which was a real bonus as we had hired a car and parking in Bordeaux is horribly expensive. Communications with the owner was by WhatsApp but help was offered at every stage, not that I needed it! The apartment was perfectly located too. It was off a main street that had plenty of restaurants, bars and places to shop and get groceries. It is about a 20 minute walk to the heart of the city and also within 2 minutes of one of the tram lines. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again should I go back to Bordeaux. Thanks for making it a great visit.. 😢: Nothing, although, just as a piece of information, the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift, just a narrow staircase..

😊: Location was good close to tram. 😢: No air conditioning and very very hot. Fans didn't work properly, no toaster and advised owner on first day but not sorted in 4 days.
