Appartement charmant près du parc Montsouris

😊: The accommodation was clean. Most things were available to be used as a home. 😢: I spent almost 2 hours before gaining access. The video wasn't much helpful especially visiting Paris for the first time. It was difficult to get someone who can speak fluent English. Fortunately after all hope was gone a gentleman who lived in the same neighbourhood looked at the video and was able to take me to the right spot. I will advise that if someone is visiting for the first time you should get someone to go and deliver the keys after agreeing a check in time.

😊: The property is in a good neighborhood.. 😢: There were no enough plugs for chargers, the toilet flush seems to be a little defective. There are no plugs for the light/lamp. We don’t understand the 1000€ security deposit, which is so high compared to luxury apartments..

😊: The location itself wasn’t bad. I liked the kitchen also.. 😢: First of all the either 125 euro non refundable or the 1000 euros refundable deposit in order to secure was absolutely outrageous and scary. It felt like a scam as it was a loads of money. the apartment itself was very weirdly decorated but the worst part was the fact that was no ceiling light in the living room and the bedroom only a small standing light that for the living room didnt do much. it has a very weird bathtub situation as well. Top of it the check in process is a bit of a headache. I was constantly getting calls and messages multiple times a day from the agent or the company who arranges the lettings. I felt harassed but when its 1000 euro deposit a line you just take it and dont say a thing. I do not recommend to stay here for anyone. Feels like a weird scam..
