Exactly what we needed!<br>#128578; Philippe was extremely friendly and answered my MANY questions promptly and thoroughly via the booking.com message system. . The premises is entered via passcode (also sent by booking.com message) to open the key box. The gate opens into a cozy courtyard from which you go various directions (upstairs to two separately locked bedrooms, one of which has a large bathroom with bathtub/WC). It’s wonderful, you forget you are in a city!! From the ground level in the courtyard you can go different ...<br>#128577; I didn’t find the bath mats (although I also forgot to ask), and the stopper in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The day of departure, the garbage containers that were normally located close to the apartment had disappeared, making removing the bags quite impossible. All very minor issues!

Wij komen terug !<br>#128578; Wat een pareltje ! Het is heel ruim, er is veel licht. Ieder heeft zijn eigen ruime kamer. Twee badkamers. Grote televisie. Metrostation is vlakbij om naar het centrum toe te gaan. Wij waren met zes en hadden ruim voldoende plaats in deze prachtige plek. Philippe is heel behulpzaam en beantwoorde onze vragen onmiddellijk.<br>#128577; Er is echt niets wat ons niet beviel. Wij waren enorm onder de indruk van dit geweldig pand.

'petit palace'<br>#128578; It was different from all the places I've been staying in Paris. It felt like a holiday house in the countryside. We called it the 'petit palace' . Very sweet. Philip is an amazing host and gives us so many good tips.<br>#128577; All was great! Nothing to complain about.

Fantastic 'hidden gem' in Paris...<br>#128578; Philippe is an fantastic host, going out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Once through the gate the property itself is amazing, 3 large bedrooms, a wonderful fully equipped kitchen and an outstanding lounge area.<br>#128577; Absolutely nothing - It was just perfect!

Fantastisch verblijf met volledige privacy<br>#128578; Een verborgen parel! Geweldig knus huis met alle luxe en een eigen binnenplaats. Geen stadsgeluiden hoorbaar, alle rust en ruimte. Prachtig ingericht. Fijne bedden die mooi opgemaakt waren. We voelden ons er zeer welkom<br>#128577; Houd rekening met toch ruim een half uur reistijd naar bekende plekken in Parijs.
