Appartement confort au cœur de Nice

😊: The apartment is located right in the city center, near the train station, which is a major advantage for excursions to other cities. The owner is always available and ready to help you and answer any questions you may have about your stay..

😊: The location was easy walking distance from the train station. It was close to the Marc Chagall museum Nice and transport to the Matisse Museum and the archaeological Museum Nice. The apartment was well equipped and tastefully decorated and comfortable . We found it to great for a short stay. There was a good selection of dining options in the area and a great shopping area.. 😢: The apartment was on two levels and the main sleeping area was on a mezzanine with low ceiling. While comfortable in milder weather it did to get very warm on hotter days, On the plus side a bed settee was on the lower level and was much more comfortable when the weather was warm..

😊: The apartment is very clean & has everything you need for a short stay. The shower is fantastic & has a smart TV so you can watch Netflix/Prime in any downtime you have. Location fantastic for train station & only 20 min walk to old town.. 😢: The bedroom in the mezzanine is okay, it is a pain having to bend down the whole time when using it & I’m 5ft 4in but once you are in bed it’s fine..

😊: Very nice and comfortable place, everything what is needed for holiday was in apartment..

😊: Comfortable with good amenities.. 😢: Was in an outhouse in back yard of building. Very dodgy staircase outside apartment. Inside badly designed with unusable attic bedroom and staircase that occupied too much of main floor area..
