Appartement cosy avec vue imprenable sur la cité

😊: The apartment is very spacious and clean. Looks like it is newly renovated. it is on the 7th floor and the view of the castle is amazing. fairly easy to find a parking space on the street. the apartment is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 15 minutes walk to the Carcassonne castle and ramparts.. 😢: There is only 1 toilet in the apartment which is separated from the bathrooms and located downstairs. The toilet has no window or proper ventilation fan which is not pleasant for the air flow. Although an electronic bathroom van should solve the problem easily and keep the air fresh. The owner is not very responsive. We could not get the cooker working so asked the owner for some instruction but he did not response until we have checked out. The front door lock really needs to be changed. it is very fiddly to open the door from outside and to lock from the inside..

😊: Well placed great views. 😢: Lack of personal touch like a few bits and pieces that if you arrive late do not have time to shop maby like condiments small bottel of water. some of our towels were thread bear ,maby I'm nit picking, but we travel alot using A/B. Most you find 2 dish wash tabs, maybe 1/2 loo paper for comfort But overall, it was good but as usual, not enough,pillows.

😊: The location. 😢: It had 2 bathrooms but only one toilet.

😊: It was a nice spacious apartment, modernly furnished with a fantastic view of the castle. 😢: There was an issue with the front door. It was reallly difficult to open. It took us 30 minutes to get into the property, as the key wouldn't work in the door. When we finally gained access to the property, we discovered that it had not been cleaned. We had to leave the apartment and wait for the cleaners to come and service our apartment. This meant we could not access the apartment until after 7pm, and again the same issue with the key trying to open the door. The kitchen was so ill-equipped. There was no cutlery provided. So when making a coffee in the morning, there was not even a spoon to stir it with. Aboslutely ridiculous.
