Maison Châteaudun - Clim, Terrasse & Garage Privé

Excellent communication by the host regarding check in and garage parking, which included helpful pictures! The apartment was very spacious and having a washer AND dryer after three weeks of travel, was a real perk! A package of dry pasta, pasta sauce, and a couple of cold beverages made our stay perfect. We took advantage of the covered patio area for a relaxing dinner on our last night. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend and stay here again if in the area.

This a well situated flat. It is an easy walk into town and a comfortable one to the Medieval City. The garage parking is a big plus and the air conditioning and ceiling fans make for being comfortable even in a heatwave. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and the terrace is well shaded and pleasant. Above all, the hosts Stéphane and Ann-Laure really want to make you welcome and act promptly to sort out any problems. Despite it being France's most intense heatwave so far this century, we were always cool enough in the flat and as there were only 2 of us, it was never crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay here. In the kitchen there was every appliance you could wish for. The air conditioning was efficient and really necessary. We ate all our meals on the terrace and shade was available throughout the day.The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was very convenient. In general it was very quiet and nicely placed for a 10 minute walk into town and a boulangerie was only a few minutes walk away as was a Carrefour.The secure parking was a huge boon as everything seems to be paid parking in Carcassonne.We would highly recommend this place.

Lovely property fitting so much into a seemingly small space. Has everything you would want in a city property with proximity to all Carcassonne has to offer. The private garage was a bonus. Thank you.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive whenever we messaged them.
