😊: Undercover parking. 😢: The cleaning was particularly unsatisfactory couldn’t use the kitchen utensils and appliances dirty toilet was disgusting and had pee stains on the floor and walls and almost all walls in the entire unit had stains and marks The linen and towels were unsatisfactory also There was not even hand soap for use after toilet, shower base clogged up when in use and filled With water very quickly, it was so hot but not a fan or a/c The lift was dirty and smelled Bad, I think this unit needs a proper deep clean and maybe a renovation before it can be considered for paid accommodation use! I even checked the booking and read the reviews which was very strange as there were many 1 with comments exactly like mine but then many 10 with no comments I assume from friends and family I think booking.com should seriously consider how this process is handled So my divide to anyone PLEASE READ REAL REVIEWS.

😊: Secure underground parking. Location very nice, walking distance to shops/restaurants etc. Comfy sofa bed.. 😢: The cleanliness of the property. Dirty duvets, old bedding and towels. Plug sockets hanging off the walls, dirty pots/pans/utensils. The toilet smells like urine. Generally dirty and tired throughout property..
