Appartement dans bel immeuble 17ème siècle, St Malo intra muros, proche plages

Did not get to stay at the property as no access details were provided. No communication at all after booking. Arrived outside property around 18.30PM no access and no means of communication. Contacted Expedia support to no avail. Had to find alternative accommodation for 3 nights. NOT HAPPY.

Charmant studio qui a du cachet et en plein cœur de la frénésie qui règne dans l'Intra-muros. On a passé une très bonne semaine.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Violaine qui nous a très bien reçu, une personne unique, comme son studio unique! Un petit coin charmant au calme en plein centre de St Malo. Encore merci pour tout Violaine! à bientôt!

The location is perfect for holidays and it is located perfectly in the centre. The flat was clean and in our opinion big enough for two people. There was everything provided we needed. Furthermore the landlords were friendly and gave us good advices for trips and journeys.

Entre l'accueil vraiment sympa des propriétaires, le studio plein de charme et très cosy, la rue où on trouve tout (poissonnier, boulanger, restaurant, bar) et vraiment bon, le tout à 3 minutes des remparts, cet appartement est vivement a recommander ! Nous avons passer un super séjour! Merci !

I would love to give this really lovely studio more stars because of the location. However, the lack of beds takes away a lot from this property. With one full sized futon, that was broken-in down to being able to feel the wood slats underneath. and one chair sized pullout that was just that. Only being a studio, the bathroom was updated and comfortable. Internet didn't work and the t.v was a small computer screen. No frills or modern conveniences at this studio. No more than 2 people can comfortably stay here, especially with the lack of sleeping comforts. Radiation heat worked good. The water, toilet, and shower was updated and good.
