Appartement de vacances avec 1 chambre à coucher pour 2 personnes

😊: Location, easy access.. 😢: Needed maintenance eg broken blinds & curtains. Could not work out temperature control (instructions would have helped), magazine left in toilet area, sink 1/2 full of water…..

😊: Well located triangulated with Old City, Promenade, and park lookout. 10 mins walk each way. Close to shops and eateries. Very comfortable two room apartments artfully furnished with everything that one could need ( ex laundry and WiFi as advertised). Great place toe to just relax.. 😢: Wi-Fi unfortunate but noted well ahead. Security deposit process seemed a hassle at the time but worked well..

😊: Strategic location. Two rooms.. 😢: Due to delay, we arrived 1 hour later (20:30) than expected and the local person could not meet us in person any more so we were asked to pickup the key in a postbox in another building ~100 m from the apt. However the instructions (partly in French and partly in English) were somewhat misleading, suggesting us to try to find the apt in that building, which was not the case. After some discussion with inhabitant of a "wrong" flat and her neighbour (French only) and some navigation via WhatsApp (in English) we returned to the original building and found a correct apt. However, the whole "check-in procedure" has taken about 45 min. No WiFi - welcome in the 21st Century..

😊: Our host was kind and responsive to messages quickly. It was great we were able to arrive late and leave early without inconveniencing her. The flat was clean and great for walking into town and catching the train.. 😢: Nothing to dislike..
