😊: well equipped apartment. 😢: - The entrance of the building is scary, very old and poorly cared for - The apartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator, the stairs are narrow and the walls are dilapidated and have no maintenance - The accommodation had no internet, I told the host and she sent someone to check. They actually found out that there was no internet after there was already a guest inside the place, even though they should have checked this before renting the space to someone. They said it would take days to fix it, so I only stayed for one day, asked for a refund of the remaining days and left - After staying for just one day, they charged me a full night's stay even though I had no internet or television (it only works with internet). I was in complete silence with just my cell phone and the signal was very bad. They also charged me for cleaning, saying it was mandatory. In the end, I spent 89 euros to stay one day in a place like that. - I went shopping at the market and had to throw everything away, I just wasted money. - This situation was very stressful, as I lost time and money due to the host's negligence in not checking if things were working in the apartment before renting it, I had to look for another place in a hurry in the rain and cold, it ruined my vacation week..
