😢: The location of the apartment is excellent, and the space itself has potential. We left the apartment clean and tidy and appreciated the convenient area. However, there were several comfort-related issues that affected our stay. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels did not feel fresh. The kitchen was missing some basic essentials — there were no small plates, no proper knife for cutting, and no kettle, which was surprising and made it impossible to boil water during our two-day stay. Unfortunately, we were not able to resolve this during our stay. The parking remote was difficult to operate. Both balcony chairs (there were only two) were damaged and felt unstable, and one of them nearly collapsed while I was sitting on it, which could have caused a fall. We also noticed a number of written reminders about house rules throughout the apartment. We hope these small improvements can be made to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

😊: The location. 😢: That we had to make our own beds . That they had not prepared beds for 2 persons (although it might have been miscommunicated by your site) That there were rubbish from previous guests and we were asked to thrown away (which of course didn't).

😊: Cozy appartment with fantastic location! Ability to wash clothes and make your own room is always positive thing. Everything went smoothly with check-in and -out. Would absolutely recommend this place and will probably book it myself if (or when) we come back to Annecy.. 😢: Not much to complain. You can always find things to be better but there wasn’t anything that would be ”a show stopper”..
