Appartement quartier Beauregard à Rennes avec terrasse

😊: The appartement could be good if clean. It is big, shower is working well. One of the beds was fine. Location was ok for us as it was close to the family we wanted to see, but it is a little bit far from the center. However there is a bus which take to the center.. 😢: The place was filthy. There was a plate of food left in the microwave. They were dirty cutlery in the drawers. There were empty alcohol bottles in different place in the flat. The freezer is so frozen that we could not open it. There was food in the fridge which looked old (a whipped cream that was green). Cigarette butts everywhere on the terrace outside. One of the reclining chair was broken. The toilet floor could do with a mop. And I am sure I forgot things. One of the beds is very soft and not that comfortable. The place could be very nice if clean properly..
