Le Prévert, T3 avec terrasse et parking

😊: Close to the center of Rennes. 😢: Na.

😊: The spaciousness and lightness of the apartment and the furniture. The local Beauregard square (1 minute away) had a very good supermarket and a few other shops and a couple of restaurants/bars. It is on the edge of the university area. Car parking space in the basement. Five minutes off the ring road. About a 12 minute bus ride into the centre of Rennes. The stop was just across the square (C4 west). 2 euro fare. The towels were great.. We used the apartment as a base for 4 nights, tripping to mont st michel by bus (75 minutes) and St Malo by train (55 minutes) and Rennes itself. The apartment was just right for us.. 😢: The apartment needs a thorough clean throughout, particularly the windows, and a bit of improvement in a couple of areas. Some maps and bus route maps of Rennes would have been very helpful, with the flat’s location marked on I.e. some literature from the central tourist office. An iron and ironing board , to complement the helpful washing machine, would have been great..

😊: Spacious, comfortable, and bright apartment, with all the facilities, large terrace overlooking a green area and trees, quiet. Supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are literally around the block. Easy self-check-in and checkout. Very responsive host. I will definitely book it again for my next trip in the area. Highly recommended !.
