Super clean, large, beautiful suite. Locked courtyard, private parking area. Excellent location. So close to excellent restaurants (recommend L’etable). Definitely recommend. Would have given 6/5 stars!
This is indeed a very luxury and lovely apartment. Although situated at the centre of the old town, it is a tranquil place. We could do everything by foot in Tours and had a great holiday!
Beautiful area of France. Great restaurants within walking distance.No air conditioning or fans, in a heat wave was not comfortable.
Well equipped modern apartment in a 14th century building, a bit of a paradox but it works beautifully. The apartment is in a secluded courtyard with gated access and has its own allocated parking space in a nearby parking lot. The old quarter of Tours is literally just around the corner and the Loire is a two minute stroll. A perfect base for exploring Tours and its surrounding area at a very reasonable price.
The apartment was amazing - beautifully appointed, clean and well-equipped for an extended stay. Location is excellent. In the heart of the old town, half a block to the Loire River, shops and cafes. 10 minute walk to Gare de Tours as a great hub to explore the Loire Valley by train. Host was excellent; great communication from start to finish, friendly and helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again if/when I return to lovely Tours. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Marine!
Apto todo moderno em imóvel antigo. decoração de muito bom gosto. Homme theater. temperos todos. roupas banho e cama excelente qualidade. dou nota 10 para o local. proprietário responde na hora. indica o que turistas precisam saber. adoramos!
Die Lage ist einzigartig. Auch die architektonische Gestaltung sowie die Ausstattung des Apartments sind perfekt, genau so wie die Kommunikation. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir können das Quartier voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Restaurants, Loire und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind quasi um die Ecke. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung wie auch im Hof ruhig. Dass ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden ist, ist sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, das Bett ist bequem. Ein kleines Manko ist vielleicht, dass nicht sehr viel Stauraum vorhanden ist, für uns war das aber nicht problematisch. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.
