😊: Great space, good appartment. 😢: Management agency is terrible, rude, not helpful. Sadly had to reach out two times: first due to their check in web not working and they, first of all, spoke not English and were rude when i asked for it. After that, as we were hardly able to communicate, they told me:”try again and keep trying till works”. (If you re gonna have such a cheap check-in strategy, at the very least, make it work efficiently). At night, when i went to prepare the sofa bed, found out there were no sheets for the mattress and it was in terribly a disgusting state. Tried calling the agency but they never replied till next day 10am. Had to pay myself for a hotel to sleep. Only late on the second day, they were able to provide with the bedsheet..
