Appartement spacieux, lumineux et climatisé, proche tram V

😊: The location was excellent for what we wanted The apartment was spacious The kitchen was well equipped The welcome toiletries and coffee were appreciated Good supermarket nearby. 😢: Pillows need replacing. We were advised the damage deposit would be refunded within 10 days but when I paid it the confirmation said 4 months. I messaged the owner about this but they did not reply! You only receive details of how to enter the property 30 minutes before check in time , as we didn't have access to wifi that was a problem for us. Whilst the apartmemt was clean enough to use it would benefit from a deep clean as fans in bathroom/toilet and the washing machine cupboard were very dirt. There were dirty utensils in the dishwasher when we gained access. Overall there were several small maintenance issues in terms of electrical switches/so ckets , paintwork finish..
