😊: Brilliant location. Flat has got lots of potential.. 😢: Very poorly managed. Out of hours check in on the other side of the town-not sure why the same locked box for the keys cannot be installed at the flat. No bed linen is provided at all - was not clear at the time of booking. No towels either. Cleaning is not included. Beds are very firm. Pillow is about an inch thick. Avoid at all cost until this approach is changed..
