Exceptional<br>#128578; Large terrace with excellent views. Good location: there are many shops nearby, a large market with fresh fruits and vegetables and good restaurants. The tram stop is located very close to the apartment. The owner of the apartment is a pleasant woman who will tell you everything clearly and explain everything you need to know .

Great apartment and easy access...<br>#128578; Beautiful apartment with all the needed features. Enjoyed the spacious balcony every day-view was great. Location in quiet neighbourhood but quick and easy access to tram to go anywhere within minutes. When back in Nice, will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay and...<br>#128578; We loved everything about the apartment. The location was brilliant, it had great lighting and also drapes for sleep as well as an amazing terrace. The apartment had a fan and nice room temperature. The kitchen also had everything we needed for cooking apart from spices. The host Lisa was very helpful!<br>#128577; The pillows were too unconfortable for our liking.

Eccezionale<br>#128578; L'appartamento è bellissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. La terrazza ha una bella vista e la mattina non batte il sole ed è possibile fare colazione. Lisa, la proprietaria, è gentile e disponibile. Insomma, se dovessi tornare a Nizza, non esiterei a tornare qui :)
