Appartement tout equipé 4 couchages à 600m de la Plage des Catalans - Apartment - Ground Floor

😊: Fantastic location, a few nice, chill bars really close. A boulangery near. The port close enough to walk but just enough to be out of the carnage.. 😢: Nothing for the price we paid. As expected. Mezzanine level was fine for what we wanted and was actually a really comfortable mattress..

😊: Nothing. 😢: My resolution: A video about keys was stupid ( it didn't help me) A key from a front door was absent. I immediately sent a messages to booking company and called them many times,but no answer during 3 days..... On Saturday booking operator called me and said: tomorrow Sunday we are free maybe on Monday we will try to do something....... And silence....... All 8 days my standing in Marseille i DID NOT have the key from the front door. I have only apartment keys. How must I get to my apartment when I need and when I want ????????? 😡Every evening I was staying in the street and waiting ( hours) someone who is living upstairs to enter into a building . It's not all problems. My apartment WAS NOT CLEANING before my coming :😱 ashes and sigarets ands , dusty, rubbish, messy, no toilet paper, no soap, no fresh bed clothes and towels........I have a video of this dirty apartment.I wrote about this situation immediately, but no answer of course......I didn't have fresh bed clothes and towels during all 8 days......... Booking in Marseille has bad organisation. We made me nervous, problems and troubles all days. I DID NOT HAVE comfort time in Marseille. You ruined my vacation.!!!! Please, give me my money back!!!!!.

😢: We arrived to the apartment and it’s was dirty- the towels and bedsheets are not changed, dirty water on the bathroom and living room floor, and trash on the kitchen counters and tables. Additionally, the lights did not work. We called the owner and they promised to have the room cleaned within the next 3 hours. After waiting with our luggage at a cafe, we called to confirm the place was cleaned and they reported that it was. We returned and the place had not been cleaned or changed in anyway They promised to return our money multiple times and they cancelled the reservation on their end. But we still have not received our money. It’s been 1.5 months and they are not returning phone calls/emails..

😊: The location and simplicity. 😢: The sheets were not clean i had to clean them to be able to sleep sorry, and no toilet paper, should take care of that..
