Spacious and cosy flat. In terms of cleanliness, there is room for improvement; there are signs of mould on the mirror in the living room. The shower is shared in the bedroom with a glass wall, so it may not be suitable for everyone. It didn't bother us. The pull-out sofa is not very comfortable. First floor, easy to get to anywhere by metro. The host is pleasant and responds very quickly. 4/5. I will probably return to this flat next time I'm in Paris.

Apartment was huge, quirky and perfect location. Property head equipped with all facilities you would need for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication with host also. We would definitely stay here again.

We got robbed by a thief during our second night. The apartment is super unsafe, it is on the first floor and it has no safe box. The neighbours clearly know that this is a tourist apartment and we got scammed by a group of people who easily accessed our apartment. The first day GuestReady allowed an unknow a plumber to enter our apartment without our consent while we were out claiming that there was a leak in the apartment and that he wanted to fix it. The second day when we got back the bathroom window was opened and all our money was gone! This apartment is no where near okay and does not meet any safety requirements. On top of that it is really old and full of mould and does meet any health requirements. We are working with the police and lawyers to solve this. Moreover the landlord didn't even contact us once. We were 3 ladies staying at this apartment and it should be taken out from GuestReady.

Ideally located, easy walk to many sites and metro steps away. Apartment is relatively as pictured, needs refreshing. Basic amenities.

We had a horrible stay in this apartment and ruined our 2 weeks in Paris. We wanted to hang out in the afternoons after walking around but felt uncomfortable sitting on the dirty and stained chairs. We tried to prepare a light meal but there was only 1 pot with no lid and the other 2 pans are burnt. The apartment is not suitable and very dirty. Unfortunately Guestready did not resolve most of the issues. We told them early on that the shower was flooding up making the vanity area very wet. We were standing in water trying to get ready in morning. The first day we spoke with an agent and said they would resolve these issues the next day. We had asked for a refund or even some compensation or another accommodation but they did not do any of this. 1. The apartment represented a clean 1 bedroom with lots of light and named it a "Designer Apartment". Most of the lights were very dim and/or not working. 2. There was lots of dirty shelves where we were supposed to put our clothes. 3. Old bottles and drinks were left from the previous guests, ketchup left in the bedroom closet. 4. Broken ironing board we could not use and missing iron. 5. Mold and dust left in the tea kettle. 6. Moldy walls 7. Very dirty wood floors. 8. Bed was not made up to accommodate 4 people 9. Only 4 towels for our 2 week stay. 10. Missing pot lids and burnt pans 11. Shower flooded up and therefore we were left to stand on wet floors while using the vanity area. 12. Dirty and stained chairs and dirty handprints on doors. 13. Dusty and dirty walls. 14. Hair on kitchen scissors. 15. Broken fan. 16. Steamy shower that makes the bedroom a sauna.

There was almost no light anywhere in the apartment, it was very gloomy. The owners are also deceiving and after 2 weeks they received a message that there was a stain on the sofa in the living room, so they demanded 70 euros. For 3 years this has never happened, since the stain was already there upon arrival, so if you don’t want to be deceived out of money and not spend too much for an apartment that is not worth the money, don’t rent. Unprofessional and poor check-in experience; No support during stay; Poorly equipped flat (no basic kitchen utensils such as tea spoons, forks...). It’s a pity because the flat has nice proportions and potential if better managed.
