Apt Cosy Central Eglise Saint-Anne

😊: Location was great, and host very communicative. Very close to the centre of town and surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops. Key handover was easy, the previous tenants were leaving just as we arrived so passed them to us.. 😢: The air conditioning could not be left on for any great length of time as it seemed to work as a dehumidifier - there was a pipe that filled a plastic bucket up with water that lasted for 3 hours max before needing to be emptied. This was difficult for hot August nights. There were fans in the room but these were very loud to have one whilst sleeping. We also noticed a number of ants in the kitchen, which wasn't ideal but were manageable and putting this down to being a very old building..

😊: The location of the apartment was excellent, very central and convenient.. 😢: When we arrived, there was only one bath towel for two people, which was hanging from the second floor, clearly left to dry. The host did provide some small towels, but not proper bath towels. When I asked the host about it, her response was “sorry, other guests took the towel” and to check the rack (which was full of personal items), which isn’t very professional or accommodating. Considering there is a cleaning fee, basic things like bath towels for each guest should definitely be available. In addition, the washing machine was full of belongings, so we couldn’t use it during our stay, again unprofessional. The apartment itself was quite dark with not enough lighting, and the staircase was very steep, which other reviews mentioned..

😊: Great location, close to everything, very cozy, equippee with everything we needed and good communication with the host..
